Studio Hosts select a retreat package, reserve group space, and receive a private registration page to share with their students. Participants register and pay individually through MATCO. We manage payment processing, logistics coordination, incentive tracking, and communication with the resort.

Most MATCO packages include accommodations, daily training sessions, meal plans, airport transfers, and select excursions. Each retreat listing clearly outlines what is included before booking.

Studio Hosts unlock milestone-based incentives as participant numbers increase. Incentives may include complimentary accommodations, cash bonuses, or revenue share opportunities depending on the package.

Participants may have access to deposit rollover (up to 365 days) or reservation transfer options, depending on the package terms. Specific policies are outlined on each retreat page before registration.

MATCO manages payment collection and holds funds securely. Payouts to resort partners are released by MATCO administration according to agreed-upon terms, ensuring protection for all parties.

Yes. Each retreat package has a defined minimum and maximum group size. Studio Hosts can monitor real-time enrollment progress through their dashboard.
